Annenberg School for Communication . University of Pennsylvania . Philadelphia . watercolor . 12" x 16"
... the Annenberg School for Communication was founded by Walter and Leonore Annenberg as two schools, located at two different universities; the University of Pennsylvania on the East Coast and the University of Southern California on the West Coast. Penn's Annenberg School was designed and built by architect, Alfred E. Poor, in 1962. It was altered and expanded by Mitchell/Giurgola Architects in 1987 and again in 1999 by MGA Partners. This is a view looking over the Annenberg Plaza at Penn in 2018, toward the southwest side of the building off Locust Walk.
