Trumbauersville School House Circa 1910 . Watercolor . 16" x 12"

... it took me a while to find the actual location of this building... this is how the architecture looks in an old black & white photograph. The structure has been substantially altered from it's original construction, nearly unrecognizable, and it's been converted to a residence. The building stands at the north end of Main Street in Trumbauersville. I've drawn this building three times. A first watercolor was sold at auction, benefit the Children's Developmental Program in Quakertown... then, in a pen & ink drawing for the fine lady, who discovered that old photograph for me and again, as the watercolor illustrated above. The carraige fitted with runners is from a different source.
